Tomorrow, the 30th June, Meizu will reveal its MX5, a highly anticipated smartphone that issued many rumors, whether about its metal frame or even some of its technical specs. This time, it’s the 3D renderings of the complete smartphone that ended up on the Internet, a good opportunity to preview the Meizu MX5 from all angles before the big announcement.
These new images allow to have a global view of the phone, but also to confirm, once again, that it will feature a fingerprint sensor built into the home button. According to the latest news, the Meizu MX5 will be equipped with a screen of 5.5 inches Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) and a pixel density of 401 ppi.
According to the benchmark application Geekbench, the smartphone will also have an octa-core MediaTek MT6795 processor clocked at 2.16 GHz, coupled with 3 GB of RAM. The Meizu MX5 will be available with 16 GB of internal storage expandable with micro-SD card up to 128 GB, a main camera of 20 megapixels with LED flash and a front camera of 3 megapixels. Everything will be powered by a 3150 mAh battery that supports rapid charging, and will run on Android 5.0.1 Lollipop (FlyMe OS 4.5.1).
You can see below the rest of the eight new 3D renderings of the Meizu MX5 that we found on the Web, a golden opportunity to admire the smartphone from every angle: the rear, the front, or even slices. They also confirm that Meizu has opted for an uniform design, which gives a beautiful effect. Finally, the phone should be available for about 300 $ (1,799 yuan) in the Chinese market.
Therefore, it only remains to wait until tomorrow to see Meizu formalize the MX5 and to get the first official pictures, even though we know what to expect. In addition to the highly anticipated smartphone, the Chinese manufacturer could profit from this opportunity to announce the MX5 Pro, an enhanced version of the MX5, although few informations are currently available about it.
